The clients, a non-profit providing outpatient therapy services, requested an efficient, easy to construct multi-family building. They are pursuing the potential of providing housing to support their clients. The building is composed of fifteen one bedroom apartments and a common business/teaching space. The building is efficient in size and shape- to reduce construction costs- while providing interest with materiality and color.
