The clients are starting a family and wish to renovate their home rather than relocate- the husbands' father built the home in the mid 1980's and it holds sentimental value. However, a significant renovation/addition to the home is required in order to suit their current and future needs. A contemporary farmhouse aesthetic is desired. Envisioned is a significant renovation/addition to the first floor as well as the addition of a new second floor. Design work has begun and we will post updates as it proceeds.
