The client requested increasing entertainment space within the house and asked for a better 'connection' to the yard. The solution was to provide a new structure in which the windows were positioned to not only take advantage of the best views of the yard but to also accommodate the interior furniture layout and how the space would be used for entertaining. An adjacent new patio serves as an outdoor entertainment space.
